\nThe Second International ASSAM (Justice Defenders Strategic Studies Center) Islamic Union Congress will be held on 1-2 November 2018 at WOW Congress Center in Istanbul which is the center of ASSAM.<\/strong><\/p>\n The aim of the International ASSAM Islamic Union Congresses is to provide the decision-makers with a way of state of affairs about the institutions necessary for the gathering of Islamic Countries under a common will and the legislation to which these institutions will be subject.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The main topics of the \u201cInternational ASSAM Islamic Union Congresses\u201d<\/strong> series, the first of which was implemented in 2017 and planned to be held every year, taking into account the main fields of activity of the states<\/strong>, to be implemented this year and in the following years;<\/p>\n It is aimed that the institutions required for the gathering of Islamic countries under one will and the legislation of these institutions will be revealed as a model<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations and academicians from 27 Islamic Countries<\/strong> attended the First International ASSAM Islamic Union Congress. Abstracts and papers presented by 31 academicians from 11 countries<\/strong> at the congress were published on the ASSAM website<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>[i]<\/sup><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n As a result of the congress, it was concluded that the \u201cIslamic Countries Parliament<\/strong>\u201d should be established and a \u201cMinistry of Islamic Union\u201d<\/strong> should be established in the Council of Ministers of each Islamic Country and the \u201cDeclaration of the Islamic Countries Confederation\u201d<\/strong> approved by the ASSAM Executive Board; It was signed by 109 NGO officials, from 29 different countries and 70 of them from Turkey<\/strong>, and announced to the world public opinion through the press.\u00a0<\/a>[ii]<\/sup><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n In addition, a model Constitution draft was prepared for the Confederation of Islamic Countries<\/strong>, taking into account the provisions emphasized in the declarations.\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>[iii]<\/sup><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Organized with the participation of \u00dcsk\u00fcdar University, Association of Justice Defenders (ASDER), the Union of NGOs of the Islamic World (UNIW) and International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS), the congress will be discussed with the main title of \u201cIslamic Economy and Common Economic Systems\u201d.<\/p>\n In the congress to be held on 1-2 November 2018, it is planned to present 57 declarations by 66 academicians from 15 countries in 2 simultaneous halls in 2 days and 6 sessions in total.<\/p>\n On the way to the Islamic Union, in the light of the provisions that guide the economic life in Islamic Fiqh; Under the main theme of the congress, which was held in order to determine the opportunities for economic cooperation between Islamic countries and to determine the issues; the declarations to be presented by the academicians who will participate in the 2nd International ASSAM Islamic Union Congress will be under the following subtitles;<\/p>\n The languages of the congress will be Turkish, English and Arabic. Simultaneous translation will be provided during the presentation of declarations.
