ASSAM held the 3rd International Islamic Union Congress on 19-20 December 2019 with the main title of \u201cASRICA <\/a>[i]<\/sup><\/a>Joint Defense Industry Production\u201d. 200 academicians and NGOs from 45 countries attended the congress. According to the congress registration desk data, more than 750 people’s entrance cards were printed to enter the congress. The reason I am giving the numbers is because we are talking about a really high level of participation and interest for a meeting organized by a strategic studies center. As an event organization, ASSAM did a great job. ASSAM made this successful work with a little effort.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If we consider the organization in terms of academic participation,\u00a0aside from those who gave goosebumps upon hearing the concept of Islamic Union, academicians from all walks of life attended. Despite this, we are determined to carry out a more rigorous study to ensure that the academic participation in the congress, which will be held for the fourth time next year, will be more comprehensive.<\/span><\/p>\n

ASSAM plans to hold 7 congresses between 2018 and 2023. It executed three of them as planned.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first congress was held in Istanbul, where the ASSAM central office is located, on 23-24 November 2017, in cooperation with \u00dcsk\u00fcdar University, the Association of Justice Defenders (ASDER) and the Union of NGOs of the Islamic World (UNIW).<\/span><\/p>\n

Representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations and academicians from 27 Islamic Countries attended the First International ASSAM Islamic Union. Declaration abstracts were presented by 31 academicians from 11 countries and the presentations were published on the ASSAM website.<\/span><\/a>[ii]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

As a result of the congress, it was concluded that the \u201cIslamic Countries Parliament\u201d should be established and a \u201cMinistry of Islamic Union\u201d<\/strong> should be established in the Council of Ministers of each Islamic Country and the \u201cDeclaration of the Islamic Countries Confederation\u201d<\/strong> approved by the ASSAM Executive Board; It was signed by 109 NGO officials, from 29 different countries and 70 person from Turkey, and announced to the world public opinion through the press.<\/span><\/a>[iii]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, a model Constitution draft was prepared for the Confederation of Islamic Countries<\/strong>, taking into account the provisions emphasized in the declarations.<\/a>[iv]<\/sup><\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Our second congress was held in Istanbul, where the ASSAM central office is located, on November 1-2, 2018, in cooperation with \u00dcsk\u00fcdar University, Justice Defenders Association, the Union of Non-Governmental Organizations of the Islamic World (UNIW) and International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS).<\/span><\/p>\n

To the Second International ASSAM Islamic Union Congress; Representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations and academicians from 29 Islamic Countries participated, 58 declarations were presented by 66 academicians from 15 countries, and the presentations were published electronically in the ASSAM International Refereed Journal (ASSAM-UHAD) and on the ASSAM website.<\/span><\/p>\n

Taking into account the declarations presented in the Second Congress and the Congress final report, a declaration, including the first congress declaration, was prepared, presented to the decision-making mechanisms, all guests and participants from the Islamic World, and the world public opinion, and published on our ASSAM website.<\/span><\/a>[v]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

We Did All of These While We Were Waiting for Mahdi!<\/span><\/p>\n

While we were striving to unite the Islamic Countries, a structure managed by groups by external powers also conducted an organized effort to prevent us from forming the necessary legislation for the unification of the Islamic Countries, to slander the work done so far, and to downplay the works that were revealed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon our distribution of the ASRICA\u00a0Islamic\u00a0Confederation Model Constitution<\/strong>, prepared by ASSAM, which has been on our website for more than 1 year, as a printed book during the congress on 19 December; Some parties that suddenly woke up served the foreign press and 10 days later, FETO-linked channels such as Nordic Monitor (Sweden)<\/span><\/a>[vi]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0–\u00a0<\/span><\/a>[vii]<\/sup><\/a> broadcasting in English, Penta Postagma (Greece)<\/span><\/a>[viii]<\/sup><\/a> broadcasting in Greek, and Erem News (United Arab Emirates)<\/span><\/a>[ix]<\/sup><\/a> broadcasting in Arabic; they started the discrediting work with publications from different languages and regions but with the same content.\u00a0The aim was to accuse ASSAM of preparing the infrastructure for Erdogan to declare his Caliphate.\u00a0His internal work to discredit ASSAM’s work and its founder, Adnan TANRIVERD\u0130, was to try to create the perception that \u201cWe are working for the Mahdi to come\u201d by quoting a sentence from the speech in which he warned \u201cDo not let the excuse of waiting for the Mahdi make you lazy\u201d. The statement of \u201cStop waiting for the Mahdi! Is not there anything we can do to form an Islamic Union\u201d has been so distorted.<\/span><\/p>\n

The process works like this;<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. ASSAM\u00a0should be ended because it is trying to lead the Islamic World to what has not been done so far and to get it out of the vicious circle it has been in.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Adnan Tanriverdi, who directed ASSAM to carry out these works, should be discredited as he has made significant contributions to the implementation of Hawk Foreign Policy in recent years as the Chief Advisor to the President and a member of the Security Foreign Policy Board.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. ASSAM and Adnan Tanriverdi, with the clamor that Erdogan is working to revive the Ottoman Empire in the western world by creating the image of being led by Erdogan; opposition must be established.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    From here, I want to make an open and clear call to the whole Islamic World;<\/span><\/p>\n

    Instead of waiting for the Mahdi (pbuh), work with all your might to create a Union for Islamic Countries! Allah (SWT) will not take you into account whether you are waiting for the Mahdi or not, but what you have done as Muslims to create unity.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Despite all the things, there will be columnists and commentators who cannot read and understand what I have written, politicians who cannot comprehend what they are hearing, and people who cannot see the truth because of the way they look at the realities of life. To help them as well, the Mahdi part that you will get by quoting from this article is in the upper paragraph. AKM Telekom had TSI (Turkish Standards Institution) Service Place Competence Certificate. He handed over the company in August 2012.
