In the 3rd International ASSAM Islamic Union Congress on ASRIKA Joint Defense Industry Production, a text of disclaimer was sent to websites named sozcu.com.tr, Odatv.com and yenicaggazetesi.com.tr, which made false news about the \u201cMahdi\u201d statement in the speech made by Adnan Tanr\u0131verdi.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1-\u00a0<\/strong>Dear Interlocutors, on the websites named S\u00f6zc\u00fc.com.tr, Odatv.com, Yenicaggazetesi.com.tr, which you own; In the written and visual news and articles published on 30\/12\/2019 regarding my client Adnan TANRIVERD\u0130’s declaration of the \u201cMahdi\u201d; There were statements about my client that were untrue, in the nature of an attack on his personal rights, and that harmed his moral personality.<\/span><\/p>\n

2-\u00a0<\/strong>In the news in question, by my client Adnan TANRIVERD\u0130; By distorting the wording of the word MAHDI, which he used in the Islamic Union Congress organized by ASSAM “Association of Justice Defenders Strategic Studies Center” on 19-20 December 2019; It contains unrealistic statements that have no relevance to the truth, intended for a specific purpose without investigating the source, in a way that the client does not deserve at all.<\/span><\/p>\n

3-\u00a0<\/strong>Article 32 of the constitution regulates the right of reply and correction as a constitutional right. As it is known, according to Article 4 of the Law No. 5651, \u201cThe content provider is responsible for all kinds of content that it offers for use on the internet. The content provider is not responsible for the content of someone else to which it links. However, if it is clear that he\/she adopts the content to which he\/she provides a link and aims to reach the said content, he\/she is responsible according to the general provisions.\u201d this provision is available. At the same time, according to Article 125 of the TPC, there is a provision that a person who attacks a person by attributing a concrete act that may offend his honor and dignity will be punished with imprisonment from 3 months to 2 years or with a judicial fine.<\/span><\/p>\n

4-\u00a0<\/strong>Article 9 of the Law No. 5651 on \u201cRegulation of Broadcasts Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through This Broadcast<\/strong>\u201d clearly regulates the rights of persons whose rights have been violated due to their content and the demands they may have.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pursuant to the aforementioned legal regulation, it is clear that your false, slanderous and insulting publication that you are still publishing has caused damage to the client’s personality rights and reputation, and within three days from the date of notification of this request to you;<\/span><\/p>\n

Dear Members of our Visual, Audio and Written Media,<\/span><\/p>\n

Some discourses and actions that have been turned into a smear campaign about myself and ASSAM \u201cAssociation of Justice Defenders Strategic Studies Center\u201d and SADAT \u201cInternational Defense Consultancy Inc.\u201d, of which I am the founder, based on the news and comments in our press that cause misunderstandings, are also heavily on the agenda in our press.<\/span><\/p>\n

ASSAM \u201cAssociation of Justice Defenders Strategic Studies Center\u201d is a non-governmental organization that conducts intellectual research, which was established to present an ISLAMIC UNION MODEL for administrators by researching the institutions necessary for the gathering of Islamic countries under a will and the legislation that these institutions should have.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Seven \u201cINTERNATIONAL ASSAM ISLAMIC UNION CONGRESSES\u201d has been planned by our studies center, which was formed its intellectual infrastructure until 2017, to be held one congress every year, the first of which have been in 2017. \u201cASRICA (ASIA-AFRICA) COMMON DEFENSE INDUSTRY PRODUCTION\u201d, which was planned to determine the Common Defense Industry Production Opportunities and Methods of Islamic Countries and was carried out on 19-20 December 2019, with the opening and closing speeches of the \u201c3rd International ASSAM Islamic Union Congress\u201d and MY DISCOURSES IN THE INTERVIEWS MADE DURING THE CONGRESS IS ABUSED.<\/span><\/p>\n

In response to these answers,\u201d Well, is not there anything we are responsible to do? Will Allah send Mahdi (pbuh) before we prepare everything?\u201d After our dialogue, which I express my reaction to the insensitivity of the Islamic World for alliance, HAS BEEN CONSCIOUSLY OR UNCONSCIOUSLY INTERPRETED UNFAVORABLY. The reason why I tell this dialogue at every opportunity is to point out that the Islamic World should wake up from heedlessness and take refuge in the excuse of waiting for the Mahdi, and strive for the Islamic Union.<\/span><\/p>\n

In our Congress, which was attended by nearly 200 representatives of 45 countries from five continents, 48 declarations were presented in line with the purpose of the Congress. Exciting academics and audiences have become the goal of the Congress. The final declaration of this congress will be shared with the public opinion after the work of our Board of Science and Administration on the declarations is completed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of ASSAM is to present a MODEL for Islamic Union that can be applied today with its government and institutions in the light of Modern State understanding and Islamic law.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the DECLARATION we published after our First Congress with the Theme of \u201cGovernment Forms from the Past to the Future\u201d for the Islamic Union;<\/span><\/p>\n

While suggesting that there should be a Ministry of Islamic Union in every Islamic Country and the Establishment of the PARLIAMENT OF ISLAMIC COUNTRIES, in which Islamic Countries are Represented, we have placed a MODEL Constitution Draft which consists of 181 articles and 63 pages on our WEBSITE.<\/span><\/p>\n

As ASSAM, we have stated that NINE REGIONAL FEDERATIONS and a CONFEDERAL structure formed by these regional Islamic Federations without changing the national borders and structure of 61 Islamic Countries (27 Asia, 28 Africa, 4 Europe, 2 South America) on the ASRICA pivot, according to their ethnic and geographical proximity. It seems possible to establish the ISLAMIC UNION by gathering under a will.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Resource planning work with the common investment fund,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Establishment of joint organization for R&D and Innovation activities,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Establishment of cooperatives-cooperation systems between Islamic countries in the mining, energy, agriculture, transportation and telecommunication and food sectors of Islamic countries and supporting Islamic financial institutions,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Establishment of ASRICA, BANK FINANCIAL TRANSFER CENTER (ASRICA-BAFAM),<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Taking measures to increase foreign trade volume among member countries,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Establishment of trade centers, signing preferential trade agreements between Islamic countries,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Developing cultural affinity between Islamic countries in the combination of language, religion and history, establishing a strong political will,<\/span><\/p>\n

ASSAM has a MISSION that cares importance to consultation, emphasizes the will of the people and ASSAM wants the establishment of a Democratic system for the Islamic Union and tries to put forward a MODEL in line with these principles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Those who do not agree with our findings can form new models by presenting their alternatives.<\/span><\/p>\n

We said \u201cASRICA Islamic States Union is a Confederate Republic\u201d, someone else might say \u201cIt is a Federal Presidency\u201d. New models may emerge with similar alternative proposals.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the members of ASSAM and myself as the head of this center, we are not people who believe in superstitions, who are lunatic, have a mentality that does not have sound religious creeds. Those who think so and some people who are not aware of ASSAM’s extensive work are doing injustice to us and our activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

As ASSAM, our work is carried out entirely as a Civil Society Initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n
