We could not hold this year’s Congress face to face due to the COVID-19 pandemic that threatened the world. Even if we locked in our homes by complying with the restrictions, we had to make our Congress by means of teleconference, taking advantage of the opportunities provided by technology.<\/span><\/p>\n

I wish mercy to our brothers who lost their lives due to this pandemic, where vaccines and drugs have not yet been disseminated, and I wish healing to our brothers who lost their health. I pray that Allah take this pandemic away from humanity.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this congress, who do not leave the “ASSAM” Association of Justice Defenders Strategic Studies Center Association alone;<\/span><\/p>\n

      Purpose of International ASSAM Islamic Union CONGRESSES<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

      To present a MODEL to the ISLAMIC WORLD and decision makers by determining the <\/strong>INSTITUTIONS<\/strong> required for the gathering of the Islamic Countries under a common will and the legislation that these <\/strong>INSTITUTIONS MUST HAVE<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      (SLIDE-4)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      The purpose of our FOURTH Congress with the main theme of “ASRICA CONFEDERATION DEFENSE ORGANIZATION” under the heading<\/strong> “DETERMINATION OF THE PRINCIPLES AND THE PROCEDURES OF THE COMMON DEFENSE SYSTEM FOR THE ISLAMIC UNION<\/strong>” will continue until 18:00 today;<\/span><\/p>\n

      It is the determination of the procedures and principles<\/strong> of the mutual defense system to be established in the Nine FEDERAL REGIONS affiliated to the Confederation and the NATIONAL STATES affiliated with these FEDERAL REGIONS with the Common defense system to be carried out from the CONFEDERATION center.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      I hope it would be useful to re-evaluate the Islamic Geography together before moving on to the Congress Topic.<\/span><\/p>\n

      “GEOPOLITICAL VALUE OF THE<\/strong> ISLAMIC GEOGRAPHY (ASRICA CONTINENT)<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Of the 61<\/strong> Islamic Countries, they are located 28<\/strong> in Asia, 27<\/strong> in Africa, 4<\/strong> in Europe and 2<\/strong> in South America.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Assessing<\/strong> the geography of the Islamic World as ASRICA<\/strong> is within the scope of ASSAM’s studies in order to point out the characteristics given to people by this geography and to create an alternative GEOPOLITICAL CONCEPT<\/strong>, taking into consideration the As<\/strong>ia and Africa<\/strong> continents, where the Islamic countries are predominantly located.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Of the 193 States that are members of the United Nations Organization, 61 (31% of the number of members)<\/em><\/strong> are Muslim countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1.85 Billion of the World Population of 7.632 billion (24.1% of the World Population)<\/em><\/strong> is the people of Muslim States, 30.9<\/strong> million Km2<\/sup><\/strong> of the world land which is 150 million<\/strong> Km2<\/sup> (20.6% of the Lands)<\/em><\/strong> are the lands of 61 Islamic Countries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u00a0(Slide-7)<\/strong> ISLAMIC WORLD<\/strong> which owns 55.5% of the world’s oil reserves, 65% of its production also 64.1% of natural gas reserves,<\/strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a>40% of its production;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      It has the potential to be the superpower of the future in ASRICA by combining its geopolitical position, common civilization values and historical background with its opportunities, efforts and goals.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
