ISIS, which became popular with the occupation of Mosul and its surroundings, published an English magazine called DABIQ1<\/sup> on the internet during Ramadan. The magazine is visually rich and contains high-quality photographs, as well as important messages.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

On the cover of the magazine titled “The Return of the Khilafah”, Ramadan 1435 \/ Issue 1 is written, using the map of the Middle East in the background and emphasizing three main issues; “Reporting on Iraq and Sham”, “From Hijrah to Khilafah” and “Imamah is the Millah of Ibrahim”<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dabiq (\u062f\u0627\u0628\u0642) is a small town located in the A’zaz district of Aleppo, about 20km from Kilis. Although the name Dabiq may sound strange to Turkey, almost every Turkish citizen has heard of the Battle of Marj Dabiq 2<\/sup>, which is known as the Ottoman – Mamluk War in history and was fought during the Egyptian expedition of Selim I in 1516.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why Is the Magazine Called Dabiq?<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a hadith sharif in Sahih Muslim both in the “Introduction” section and on the back cover of the magazine.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Abu Hurayrah, a companion of Muhammad, the prophet said:
\u201cThe Last Hour would not come until the Romans would land at al-A’maq or in Dabiq. An army consisting of the best (soldiers) of the people of the earth at that time will come from Medina (to counteract them).” When they will arrange themselves in ranks, the Romans would say:
\u201cDo not stand between us and those (Muslims) who took prisoners from amongst us. Let us fight with them; and the Muslims would say:
\u201cNay, by Allah, we would never get aside from you and from our brethren that you may fight them.\u201d
They will then fight and a third (part) of the army would run away, whom Allah will never forgive. A third (part of the army) which would be constituted of excellent martyrs in Allah’s eye, would be killed and the third who would never be put to trial would win and they would be conquerors of Constantinople. And as they would be busy in distributing the spoils of war (amongst themselves) after hanging their swords by the olive trees, the Satan would cry:
\u201cThe Dajjal has taken your place among your family.\u201d
\u201cThey would then come out, but it would be of no avail. And when they would come to Syria, he would come out while they would be still preparing themselves for battle drawing up the ranks. Certainly, the time of prayer shall come and then Jesus (peace be upon him) son of Mary would descend and would lead them. When the enemy of Allah would see him, it would (disappear) just as the salt dissolves itself in water and if he (Jesus) were not to confront them at all, even then it would dissolve completely, but Allah would kill them by his hand and he would show them their blood on his lance (the lance of Jesus Christ).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

After quoting the hadith sharif on the home page, a statement of al-Qaeda’s Iraqi leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who was killed in 2006, is quoted;<\/span><\/p>\n

A spark has been lit here in Iraq, and with the permission of Allah, its fire will continue to increase until the crusaders burn in Dabiq. (Ayna Ahlul-Muru’at)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The last two paragraphs are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the hadith, the region would play a historical role in the battles on the way to the conquest of Istanbul and then Rome. Currently, Dabiq is under the control of the crusader-supported sahwat, close to the battle front between the caliphate and them.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

May Allah cleanse Dabiq from the betrayal of the sahwah and raise the flag of the Caliphate in the region. Amen<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Sahwat literally means awakening, and it first entered the terminology in 2005 to describe the movement in which Iraqi Sunni groups were organized against Al-Qaeda with the support of the United States. Al-Qaeda calls all Sunni groups that cooperate with America as Sahwat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abu Musab al-Zarqawi reports that they fought against three enemies on September 11, 2004;<\/span><\/p>\n

The whole world knows that those who form the devil alliance against Iraq are America carrying the cross, the Jewish-backed Peshmerga (under Barzani and Talabani), and the Rafida (meaning Shiites) who are enemies of the Sunnah.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri still maintains his silence regarding the declaration of the caliphate by ISIS.<\/span><\/p>\n

While ISIS is giving these messages to its own audience and to the world with these statements, behind the scenes, it is still not clear where ISIS left Al Qaeda and deactivated its upper units and where it headed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking at the situation in the region, James Jeffrey and Francis J. Ricciardone had a survey done in Iraq and as a result of the research; It is claimed that 91 percent of Kurds want to join Turkey, 5 percent will respect Barzani’s decision, 3 percent are undecided and 1 percent are against.4<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n

If this claim is true, it will be inevitable for the Turkmens in Mosul-Kirkuk to join Turkey, along with Northern Iraq, which is gradually approaching Turkey. It will be impossible to prevent Turkey’s growth in the region, which will include both Northern Iraq and Mosul-Kirkuk. The surest way to completely dispose of the oil-spiking region, not to lose it to Turkey, and to prevent Turkey from growing early is to get it out of the control of the Turkmens. This is what ISIS exactly does.<\/span><\/p>\n

ISIS (DAESH \/ DEASH whatever you call it…) is a terrorist organization. Turkey and Turkish people are the main target of this organization. AKM Telekom had TSI (Turkish Standards Institution) Service Place Competence Certificate. He handed over the company in August 2012.
