In other words, a quasi-military power is expressed as a kind of military structure, function and organization, but supported by the state, consisting of irregular volunteers. According to Wiktionary; Claiming to be of Latin origin, it is derived from the words “para” meaning “nearby” and “military” meaning “soldier”. In other words, the word Paramilitary is defined as a civilian semi-military force group that assists the military forces. It is a quote from the French word “paramilitaire (auxiliary soldier)”.
