In 2013, the political-economic-cultural goals of the 2023-2071 year of the construction of a new Turkey were determined by our President Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN and declared the goals of a strong national and independent New Turkey. Turkey's goals were a project of establishing a New Turkey by restructuring (Restoration) and building process in the "historical, cultural axis, geography", which is based on the return to its own values, namely, its own civilized values.

Since 2013, our country has been exposed to the insidious attacks of the new global modern colonialists. These attacks started with Gezi, continued with 17-25 December corruption slanders, plots and signatures of academicians, and lastly continued with the coup attempt of traitors who infiltrated the Turkish Armed Forces on July 15, 2016.

The structural reforms to be carried out with the Great Turkey Project are actually an innovative movement that started from the proclamation of the Republic and continued the process of reform and modernization.

Great Turkey project; is a project to reconstruct our state in this system and rebuild the great Turkey without destroying the old one. The beginning of this project is a process that started with the Ottoman Empire and continued with the proclamation of the Republic.

There is no rejection to the old one in the project to construct new Turkey. There is no reckoning with the old one within this project. It is only to make non-functioning institutions more functional by restructuring public administration-management in the first step.

In fact, this restoration and construction act; It is the struggle of a nation that has been severed and corrupted from the civilization established by our nation, to return to its own cultural-political axis and establish its own world order, life order and civilization.

This struggle for the future and independence of our nation against foreign powers; It continued in the historical process that started with the Seljuks and continued with the Ottoman Empire and then the Republic, and it still continues.

In this struggle of our nation against the imposed new world order and global powers, the need for our state to make administrative structural changes has been a matter of survival.

Administrative changes to be made with the new Constitution and Presidential system are actually this struggle for existence against global powers.

In this period when the world is being tried to be reshaped by the Globalists, it is a fact that a power that dominates the Afro-Eurasian geography, where our civilization and our country is located, will become the new ruler and master of the world.

In this struggle that has lasted for centuries, within the Historical Geo-strategic, Geo-Political, Geo-Cultural past of this civilization that our Nation has established, it is known and cared by the counter-powers that Turkey is passive but still has a potential power within it.

Therefore, in this ongoing power struggle, we are witnessing the phases of a secret war in this geography, including our country.

Our state and nation have the potential and capabilities to eliminate these attacks. Our nation will make it to the history as a great power by winning the struggle for the future and independence.

The success of our nation in this struggle, the change of our state against the "lifestyle" imposed by the new world order, is only possible with the reconstructing of the "Public Administration".

This is called the presidential system.

The new Constitution and Presidency system is a matter of survival of a nation beyond the need for a "(construction) change, a (restoration) transformation".

Our nation says "Yes" for the new, independent and strong Turkey. The new Constitution will be the beginning of change and transformation.
