The aim of the International ASSAM Islamic Union Congress is to make determinations on the academic and political grounds related to current problems in Global politics especially in the geography of Islamic Countries and to provide means to the decision makers about institutions required to gather Islamic countries under a common will and the necessary legislation for these institutions.
Today is February 28; that is, it is the 24th anniversary of the postmodern coup. On this occasion, I would like to express that I consider it a duty for humanity to remember the coup plotters and their supporters with a curse.

Our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke yesterday at the 7th Ordinary Provincial Congress of the AK Party in Trabzon. In his speech, he made the following sentences that may not attract much attention, but are very important in my opinion: "We will not wait for terrorists to come to us, we will go and crush their heads in their dens."
Our condolences to our nation
We are deeply saddened by the loss of 13 young children of our country, who have been fighting against terrorism in the region for nearly half a century, in a treacherous terrorist attack.
ASSAM (Association of Justice Defenders Strategic Studies Center) carried out its 4th Islamic Union Congress last December. Main theme of the congress was “ASRICA Confederation Defense System”.
The declarations of the academicians participating from Turkey and abroad can be viewed on ASSAM's website.
As a strategic research center, ASSAM aims to be able to put forward a legislation in order to establish a union similar to the European Union among Islamic countries.

I felt the need to respond to you personally because of my affection for the Turkish Armed Forces, which I am honored to be a member of, and my respect and love for the glorious uniform. I regarded it as a duty to explain the truth to a person who wears the honorable uniform of the Turkish Armed Forces as in the rank of general.
